RETURNS
Please note, we do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please place your order carefully. We use an automatic shipment system, so once an order is placed, the shipment is arranged immediately and cannot be stopped. We offer replacements for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
PRICE VARIATION
BIO SOLUTION may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers.
In the case of a price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to BIO SOLUTION, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.
